  • Set up payouts: Payout preferences and any information required by our payout partner.
  • Use the Service: Referral activity, communications, support requests, and any other content you submit.

When you access the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, clicks, referral sources, and session duration.
  • Network information: IP address and approximate geographic location.

3.1 With Businesses (for Affiliates)

When you refer customers to a business through the platform, we share relevant referral information with that business so they can verify and track the referral. This may include your name, referral link activity, and referral outcomes. We do not share your tax information or payout details with businesses.

3.2 With Affiliates (for Businesses)

Businesses' public profile information, commission structures, and program details are visible to affiliates on the platform.

3.3 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:

  • Tremendous — Our payout processing partner. Receives necessary information to process your commission payments.
  • Neon — Our database provider. Stores platform data securely.
  • Vercel — Our hosting provider. Processes web requests and serves the platform.
  • Google Analytics — Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the Service is used.

3.4 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Your Rights

5.1 Sensitive Tax Information

For W-9 tax documentation, we store only the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN). Full SSN/EIN values are transmitted via encrypted connections and are not retained in our database after processing.

5.2 Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods.

5.3 Access Controls

Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job functions. We maintain audit logs of access to sensitive data.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly notifying affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.
